Hello and happy Full Moon.
A Full Moon in Pisces blinks brightly in the sky. Though a break in its gaze may feel like a brutal departure, it is only momentary. The Moon will return to us like a bird to a fence. With motions so undoubtably true, we know they are driven by forces greater than habit. If you want to know the world, look at your own nature first.
Our Full Moon in Pisces occurred on September 10, at approximately 5:58 AM (EST), at 17° and 40’.
Full Moon in Pisces
For this Full Moon, I preformed a reading using my The Wild Unknown Tarot deck. The cards I received are the Son of Swords, The Hierophant, the Seven of Swords, the Daughter of Cups, the Father of Swords, The Chariot, and the Mother of Cups. As always, take what resonates and leave what does not.
The secret is that your body can withstand weather greater than this. Your spirit will still take to it like a bean-sprout to a pole. Know this: you do not always need to run from discomfort. You can wade into it, and see the blue waves for what they are. Blue. But you’re still searching for errors, for distractions, for the door out of a room that you’re not even in. Look at your feet. Where do you really want to be?
If at a loss, look at where you’ve been. Notice how past frequencies morph your current desires. If you have just exited a tense period, you may feel as though you’re in a lull with no apparent purpose. And you can’t stand it. You’ve misconstrued the silence as a message that’s too high-pitched for you to hear. Rather than rest in this concave moment, you’re resisting it. You want the chaos to come back, so that you can prove you can shape-shift into whoever is needed. Know that you’re not some formless thing meant to fill someone’s cup. You are allowed to have bones. You are allowed to play with your voice’s range of pitch.
Perhaps, it is even time to sharpen it. You’ve lived inside of passive silence for too long. Do not grow resentful. Instead, practice saying what you mean. Under this Full Moon, you have the ability to see issues from an airier angle. Use your mindful recognition as a light; illuminate mistakes before they lose their innocence. Remember that sourness is often a result of neglect. It will still be there, even if you don’t look at it.
So, look the moment in the eyes, and go with it. Right now, you are a word in action, and that word is persevere. Explore the depths of that concave place within you, that place called peace. When you are drifting off to sleep, and you feel it creeping in, do not lunge out of your body. Fall into it. Your stillness is a teacher. Listen to it. Then, reply.
